KoraProof is a worker-profile and verification platform. We help customers find local workers with checked profiles, work history and customer reviews.
KoraProof does not employ the workers listed on the website unless clearly stated. Workers are independent service providers.
Use of KoraProof
You agree to use KoraProof honestly, lawfully and respectfully.
You must not:
Submit false information
Create fake reviews
Abuse or threaten workers, customers or KoraProof staff
Upload harmful or illegal content
Misuse worker contact details
Attempt to damage the website or its security
Worker Profiles
Worker profiles may include service details, location, experience, verification status, reviews and contact options.
KoraProof may review, edit, suspend or remove worker profiles if information is false, misleading, outdated or connected to serious complaints.
Verification
KoraProof verification means that certain checks may have been completed. These checks may include phone confirmation, identity review, reference checks and work-evidence review.
Verification does not guarantee every future job, behaviour, result or transaction.
Customers remain responsible for communicating clearly, agreeing on price, confirming job details and making safe decisions before hiring a worker.
Customer Reviews
Reviews submitted to KoraProof may be checked before publication.
KoraProof may reject or remove reviews that are false, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unrelated, misleading or containing private information.
Customers must only submit reviews based on real service experiences.
Complaints
KoraProof may review complaints submitted by customers, workers or other users.
A complaint does not automatically prove wrongdoing. KoraProof may contact both parties before taking action.
Depending on the result of a review, a worker profile may be corrected, suspended or removed.
Limitation of Responsibility
KoraProof provides information to help users make better decisions. KoraProof is not responsible for direct agreements, payments, job quality, delays, damages, loss or disputes between customers and workers.
Customers and workers are responsible for their own agreements.
Changes to These Terms
KoraProof may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
