KoraProof takes complaints seriously. This policy explains how reports, complaints and worker profile suspensions may be handled.
Who Can Submit a Complaint
A complaint may be submitted by:
Customers
Workers
References
Community members
KoraProof administrators
Complaints may relate to worker conduct, false information, poor service, unsafe behaviour, fake reviews, wrong profile details or misuse of the KoraProof platform.
How Complaints Are Reviewed
KoraProof may review the complaint and contact the person who submitted it.
KoraProof may also contact the worker for clarification.
A complaint does not automatically prove wrongdoing. Serious complaints should be reviewed fairly before action is taken.
Information We May Check
KoraProof may check:
Worker name
Worker code
Date of incident
Customer statement
Worker response
Screenshots or photos
Previous complaints
Review history
Verification notes
Possible Actions
After reviewing a complaint, KoraProof may:
Take no action
Correct wrong profile information
Add internal notes
Contact the worker for warning or clarification
Place the profile under review
Temporarily suspend the profile
Remove the profile from public view
Permanently remove the worker from KoraProof
Temporary Suspension
A worker profile may be temporarily suspended when KoraProof needs more time to review serious concerns.
During suspension, the profile may be hidden or marked as under review.
Permanent Removal
A worker profile may be permanently removed for reasons such as:
Fraud
Fake identity
Fake references
Repeated serious complaints
Abusive conduct
Unsafe behaviour
Threats
Misuse of the KoraProof name or logo
Refusal to cooperate with verification
False Complaints
KoraProof may reject complaints that appear false, abusive, misleading or submitted to damage a worker unfairly.
Worker Response
A worker may be allowed to respond to a complaint before final action is taken, especially where the complaint may affect the worker’s public profile.
No Guarantee
KoraProof reviews complaints to protect trust and platform integrity. However, KoraProof does not guarantee the outcome of every dispute between customers and workers.
