This Worker Agreement explains the basic rules for workers who apply to be listed on KoraProof.
By applying to KoraProof or allowing your profile to be published, you agree to follow these rules.
Worker Information
You agree to provide accurate information about your name, phone number, service category, location, experience, references and examples of previous work.
You must not submit false information, fake work samples, fake references or misleading claims.
Verification
KoraProof may contact you, check your phone number, review your identity, call your references and review your work evidence before publishing or updating your profile.
KoraProof may refuse, delay, suspend or remove a profile if verification is incomplete or if serious concerns are found.
Public Profile
If approved, KoraProof may publish selected professional information on your public profile, including your public name, service category, area, experience, services, profile photo, work samples, verification status and WhatsApp contact option.
KoraProof will not intentionally publish your private reference details, private verification notes or full identity document numbers.
Worker Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Doing honest work
Treating customers respectfully
Arriving on time when you accept a job
Communicating clearly with customers
Agreeing on price before work begins
Completing work according to the agreement
Avoiding abusive, fraudulent or unsafe behaviour
Independent Service Provider
Workers listed on KoraProof are independent service providers unless clearly stated otherwise.
KoraProof does not employ workers and does not control every job, price, schedule or agreement made between a customer and a worker.
Reviews and Complaints
Customers may submit reviews or complaints about a worker.
KoraProof may check reviews and complaints before taking action.
If serious complaints are confirmed, KoraProof may update, suspend or remove a worker profile.
Profile Suspension or Removal
KoraProof may suspend or remove a worker profile for reasons including:
False information
Fake references
Fraudulent behaviour
Serious customer complaints
Abusive conduct
Unsafe work practices
Misuse of KoraProof name or logo
Refusal to cooperate with verification
No Guarantee of Jobs
KoraProof does not guarantee that every listed worker will receive jobs.
A KoraProof profile helps workers present their services and trust record, but customers choose who they contact and hire.
Changes to This Agreement
KoraProof may update this Worker Agreement when necessary. Workers are encouraged to review it regularly.
