Yes. Approved worker profiles may include a WhatsApp contact button so customers can contact workers directly.
Can customers submit reviews?
Yes. Customers can submit reviews after receiving a service. Reviews are checked before publication.
Can I report a problem?
Yes. Use the Report a Problem page to submit a complaint or concern about a worker profile, review or service experience.
Are worker profiles published automatically?
No. KoraProof reviews applications manually before publishing worker profiles.
Can a worker profile be suspended?
Yes. If serious complaints or wrong information are confirmed, a worker profile may be reviewed, suspended or removed.
