KoraProof uses verification checks to help customers understand what information has been reviewed before a worker profile is published.
Verification helps build trust, but it does not guarantee every future job, behaviour, result or transaction.
What KoraProof May Check
KoraProof may check some or all of the following:
Phone number
Identity
References
Work evidence
Service category
Service area
Customer reviews
Complaint history
Phone Verification
KoraProof may call or contact the worker to confirm that the phone number or WhatsApp number belongs to the applicant.
Identity Verification
KoraProof may review a recognised identity document physically or through a controlled verification process.
KoraProof does not intentionally publish full identity document numbers or private identity details.
Reference Verification
KoraProof may contact references provided by the worker to confirm past work, reliability and conduct.
Work Evidence Verification
KoraProof may review photos, samples, customer confirmation, training evidence or other proof of previous work.
Verification Levels
A worker profile may show different verification levels, such as:
Application Received
Phone Checked
Identity Checked
References Checked
Fully Verified
Temporarily Suspended
What Verification Does Not Mean
KoraProof verification does not mean that:
KoraProof employs the worker
KoraProof guarantees the worker’s future behaviour
KoraProof guarantees job quality
KoraProof guarantees pricing
KoraProof is responsible for private agreements between customers and workers
Customer Responsibility
Customers should still communicate clearly with workers before work begins.
Customers should confirm:
The exact service needed
The agreed price
The location
The date and time
Any materials needed
Payment terms
Profile Review
KoraProof may update, suspend or remove a worker profile if new information, complaints or verification concerns arise.
